Our ‘buoys’ became a signature dish over 10 years ago, and they’re still a fan favourite.
With each buoy, you’ll receive a toasted brioche bun packed to the brim with our famous scrambled eggs, melted cheese and delicious toppings like sausage, bacon and aubergine patties for our vegan diners!
For a breakfast in Manchester City Centre that’s sure to fill you up, we also offer additional extras like hashbrowns, mushrooms and avocado.
