How fresh is the coffee?

We roast our coffee weekly in small batches right here in Liverpool and rest the beans for at least 2 weeks to adequately degas CO2 so they arrive at your door ready to brew. Contrary to popular belief, freshest isn’t always the best with coffee. Our coffee is best brewed between 2-5 weeks post roast.
What do my beans arrive in?
BSC boasts 100% recyclable bags made with advanced Level 4 LDPE and a high EVOH barrier. Our packaging locks in the flavour until you’re ready to brew.
Which grind size should I pick?
For your monthly coffee subscription, we can grind your beans to suit your brewing method. Simply select the option that matches your equipment from the list below:
- Home Espresso (Finest)
- Moka Pot (Medium-Fine)
- Aeropress (Medium-Fine)
- Filter (Coarse) – Select this for V60 or Chemex

Can I gift a subscription?
