Returns Policy

To initiate a return, email us at shop@boldstreetcoffee.co.uk, including your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send back the item. Returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty. 

Eligibility: You can return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened coffee bags and any perishable goods cannot be returned. If there is a quality issue, please contact us.
