Great for a steady, café-style start, Los Pijao is our signature BSC house espresso from Huila, Colombia (tasting notes include milk chocolate, caramel and dates).
With milk, it turns creamy and round. Black, Los Pijao is full and composed. If your morning order is usually a flat white, cappuccino or long black, this is a strong place to begin.
San Isidro
San Isidro is the pick if you move between brew methods. As an omni-roast from Nariño, Colombia, it performs well as a filter or an espresso, with roasted hazelnut, milk chocolate, and candied orange running through the cup.
