Step by step guide

  1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment
  2. Boil brewing water to 99°C
  3. Using the scales, tare and fill the chamber with 250g of water just off the boil
  4. Place in the basket, and fill with 25g of Medium-fine ground coffee
  5. Gently tap of manually level the coffee grounds, don't tamp
  6. Using a tea towel, to avoid burning your hands, screw on the top of the Moka Pot
  7. Place the Moka Pot on the hob and open the lid so you can check how it’s brewing
  8. Turn on to a medium heat and brew until you see the coffee flowing through the top.
  9. When the coffee begins to flow, turn off the heat and let the coffee fill the pot.
  10. Once finished, pour and enjoy
