- Your favourite cup
- Spoon
- Tea towel
Step by step guide
- Prepare all ingredients and equipment
- Boil brewing water to 99°C
- Using the scales, tare and fill the chamber with 250g of water just off the boil
- Place in the basket, and fill with 25g of Medium-fine ground coffee
- Gently tap of manually level the coffee grounds, don't tamp
- Using a tea towel, to avoid burning your hands, screw on the top of the Moka Pot
- Place the Moka Pot on the hob and open the lid so you can check how it’s brewing
- Turn on to a medium heat and brew until you see the coffee flowing through the top.
- When the coffee begins to flow, turn off the heat and let the coffee fill the pot.
- Once finished, pour and enjoy
